John married his UCSB college sweetheart Adrienne, and they’ve been blessed with three children. When not working hard for his clients or supporting local non-profit organizations, you will likely find him with his family, his church community, or out in nature golfing, camping, fishing, snowboarding or mountain biking.

John’s a UCSB graduate, having majored in Business Economics, and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society.
John is active in supporting our communities’ vital non-profit organizations that serve our community’s most vulnerable individuals- such as our youth and those with developmental disabilities.
John also serves his profession through providing motivational key-note presentations on business ethics & practice management to state, national and global industry conferences. He has served in many industry leadership positions including being the local President for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and is an active member of MDRT®, NAHU® and the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council.
